I'm happy to announce that Ganondagan's IROQUOIS CREATION STORY won the "Best Animated Film" award from the Indianer Inuit Film Festival, Jan 21-24, Stuttgart, Germany. The live-action/animated short—featuring traditional Iroquois Dancers, Garth Fagan dancers, animation by Cat Ashworth & RIT, artwork by Peter Jemison, narration by Joanne Shenandoah, and an original orchestral score (by me)—has now picked up its 3rd film festival award! Wow! We are doing so good!
